The hotel-restaurant La Couronne in Ensisheim, was bought in 2014 by a local businessman who fell under the charm of the place. This historic building has been completely renovated for an opening on November 14, 2017 with a restaurant of 95 covers, "chic brasserie" style offering you a revisited authentic cuisine, and a hotel with 16 charming rooms.

In a neat and elegant decor, combining the functional side of modern bathrooms and a comfort preserving the authentic character of this classified building, the hotel offers a bedding of very good quality in all rooms.
The hotel La Couronne has 16 charming rooms:

- 3 superior rooms
- 2 superior rooms for people with reduced mobility.
- 2 Junior family suites
- 3 suites
In a nod to history, two of the suites have been named after illustrious people who have stayed in the hotel: Suite Louis XIV and Suite Napoleon.
