Reopening after more than 2 years of work
Closed for 8 years, the hotel-restaurant La Couronne in Ensisheim, was bought in 2014 by a local businessman who fell in love with the place. This historic building has been completely renovated for an opening on November 14, 2017 with a restaurant of 95 covers, "chic brasserie" style offering you a revisited authentic cuisine, and a hotel with 16 charming rooms.

In a neat and elegant decor, combining the functional side of modern bathrooms and a comfort preserving the authentic character of this listed building, the hotel offers 5* superior bedding of exceptional quality in all rooms.
The hotel La Couronne has 16 charming rooms:

- 2 superior rooms for people with reduced mobility.
- 2 Junior family suites

In a nod to history, two of the suites have been named after illustrious people who have stayed in the hotel: Suite Louis XIV and Suite Napoleon.
Breakfast 
It is composed of fresh and seasonal products: freshly squeezed fruit/vegetable juices, smoothies, espresso coffee, tea (Kusmi-tea), homemade pastries, homemade Kougelhopf, fresh fruit salad, Alsatian charcuterie, smoked salmon platter, cheese platter, scrambled egg, boiled egg, smoked bacon, mushrooms, small smoked sausages, dairy products, jams, honey from the village and champagne...
Breakfast is served daily between 7am and 10am.
